This letter is not[4] a sound. The number 7 is used to[1] indicate a stop[3] in the vocal chord. This stop[3] is produced before every[2] initial vowel sound just like it would be in the English language as well, 7a, 7e, 7i, 7o, 7u; since it is not[4] necessary to place before each vowel, it is not[4] used unless for clarity. However, it must be used if a stop[3] is needed in the middle or at the end of a word.
